Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Saudi Arabia & UAE.

3. How long does shipping take?

• Saudi Arabia & UAE: 5-7 business days.
• International Orders: 10-15 business days (depending on the destination).

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on our website.

5. What is your return policy?

We have a 5-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at saferfreer@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to Saudi Arabia & UAE. We plan to expand to other countries soon.
